Mrs. Burnside Special Education Teacher/Guidance Counselor

Welcome to my website. I am a Special education teacher who has worked with children and youths who have a number of disabilities. I instruct students who are from birth through second grade. I currently work with three and four year olds at the preschool level as a Special Education Itinerant teacher. I have worked as a Behavioral Specialist for a number of years and have experience developing Behavioral Support Plans, providing psychological evaluations, individual and group counseling, and training. In addition, I am a certified guidance counselor and am available to provide career and educational counseling.
